We price by milestone, and the price is fixed before we start. The industry default is time and materials, which bills you for the vendor’s own slow process and puts every overrun on your side. We invert that. The price holds, and overruns are ours.
What is the triple guarantee, and what does it cover?
Three commitments on every build engagement: a fixed milestone price, a guaranteed outcome (the software works as specified or we fix it), and a 12-month bug-free warranty. It applies to Discovery, Build, Forge, and Maintain. It does not apply to Embed, our staff augmentation model, because in that case we are reinforcing your team rather than running the project.
What happens after launch? Are we locked in?
The codebase is yours, in your repository, documented for hand-off. The 12-month warranty obligates us to fix non-conforming code, independent of any ongoing contract. Maintain, our monthly support retainer, is available for clients who want it and is never a requirement.
